PURE Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring maximum occupancy levels and property values.
Key Responsibilities- Property Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of property management, including rent collection, maintenance, and repairs.
- Financial Management: Review and approve invoices, coordinate with property owners to ensure timely payment, and monitor delinquency status of monthly rents.
- Lease Administration: Ensure lease files are complete, and that completion of leases is being executed properly.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on property pricing, shop competition, and stay aware of neighborhood market conditions.
- Tenant Relations: Show available properties to prospective tenants, negotiate lease terms, and facilitate lease renewal process.
- Real Estate License: A real estate license in Kansas is preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of residential property management experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications, and general knowledge of property management software (AppFolio a plus).
