About the Role

Meta is seeking a skilled iOS Software Developer to join our mobile teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building innovative and elegant products on world-class technologies that bring our social experiences to hundreds of millions of people.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Product and Design Teams: Work closely with our product and design teams to build new and innovative application experiences for the iOS platform.
  2. Implement Custom Native User Interfaces: Implement custom native user interfaces using the latest iOS programming techniques.
  3. Build Reusable iOS Software Components: Build reusable iOS software components for interfacing with our back-end platforms.
  4. Analyze and Optimize Code: Analyze and optimize UI and infrastructure application code for quality, efficiency, and performance.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Relevant Field: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  2. 5+ Years of Object-Oriented Software Development Experience: 5+ years of object-oriented software development experience.
  3. Experience with iOS Development: 2+ years experience building complex applications for the iPhone or iPad using Objective-C/C++/Swift with the iOS SDK and other frameworks.
  4. Experience with API Design and Unit Testing: Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques.
  5. Experience with Multithreading and Mobile Memory Management: Experience with multithreading programming and mobile memory management.
What We Offer
