  • Create, maintain, and execute automated testing scripts to guarantee the reliability and quality of our software products across multiple platforms.

  • Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and execute automated testing strategies that meet project specifications and business goals.
  • Conduct thorough performance testing and analysis to uncover and resolve bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and areas for enhancement.
  • Develop and implement scripting tools to optimize local development processes and boost developer productivity.
  • Continuously assess and enhance test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies to improve overall efficiency.
  • Work alongside developers to integrate automated testing within the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) framework.
  • Engage in code reviews, sprint planning, and other agile practices to ensure high-quality outcomes and adherence to best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate experience in cross-functional collaboration with developers, QA, and operations teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Over 7 years of experience in software development, particularly in automation testing and performance engineering.
  • Proficiency in various scripting languages such as Typescript, Python, JavaScript, and Bash.
  • Proven experience in designing and maintaining automated test frameworks using industry-standard tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, NeoLoad, Appium, or similar.
  • Familiarity with performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, BlueTriangle, and LightHouse CI.
  • Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) for web and mobile applications.
  • Expertise in version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile development setting, quickly adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Selenium Tester) are a plus.
