The Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for nursing roles, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and graduate nurses. This role involves evaluating various recruitment channels and determining effective marketing strategies. The Specialist's tasks are diverse and often require independent judgment and interpretation of the best courses of action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and nursing conventions to promote open positions.
  • Coordinate internal recruitment initiatives and collaborate with clinical services to identify staffing needs.
  • Conduct interviews and recommend candidates based on qualifications and organizational fit.
  • Understand the operational objectives of the department and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment or Administration.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and candidate sourcing.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment techniques and interviewing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in engaging with various levels of leadership and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment.
  • Familiarity with Workday recruitment software.

To ensure effective remote work capabilities, candidates must have a reliable internet connection that meets the following criteria:

  • A minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wired cable or DSL connections are preferred.
  • Satellite, cellular, and microwave connections may be permitted with prior approval.
  • Dedicated workspace free from interruptions to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment. The range may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications, with an estimated salary between $63,400 and $87,400 per year. This position is also eligible for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.
