Job Summary

The primary responsibilities of this role include providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests in selecting and purchasing merchandise, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Main Duties:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Enter accurate sales data into the point-of-sale system and obtain signatures from guests as necessary.
  • Present jewelry to guests and ensure that items are properly displayed and restocked.
  • Repair, polish, or solder jewelry as needed, adhering to company standards.
  • Utilize the GUESTS program to provide exceptional service to guests on the sales floor or over the phone.
  • Provide knowledgeable service to guests regarding product information, utilizing in-store tools and training.
  • Box and wrap sales for gift presentation, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Achieve individual key performance metrics and contribute to the success of the store.
  • Assist store management in meeting company standards for store presentation and achieving key performance indicator metrics.
  • Perform daily housekeeping and maintenance duties to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Attend all required meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and manage frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new technology.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn, with a positive attitude and a strong team spirit.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience.
