  • Collaborate with Agency Team Members
    • Work closely with other agency team members to coordinate client needs and provide seamless service.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues.

  • Customer Service Skills
    • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Able to effectively relate to clients, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication skills to assist clients and coordinate with other agency team members.
    • Proactive in problem-solving and able to think critically to resolve client issues.
  • Insurance Knowledge and Licenses
    • Must either already have an insurance license or be able to obtain one quickly.
    • Must be proficient in both English and Spanish, with the ability to negotiate in both languages.
