This position entails the preparation and revision of engineering calculations, technical documentation, design schematics, and specifications for various projects. You will work closely with project leaders to engage in research, development, and execution of engineering tasks. Utilizing your engineering expertise and design standards, you will tackle projects of diverse scales and complexities. Your technical acumen will be essential in resolving design challenges, collaborating with clients, and ensuring timely project completion. Furthermore, you will play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, offering constructive feedback, and supporting the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee discipline-specific task allocation, ensuring adherence to project timelines and financial plans
  • Support marketing initiatives and assist in proposal development
  • Ensure the accuracy and thoroughness of the project team's outputs
  • Facilitate technical coordination with clients and project partners
  • Engage with multiple disciplines to enhance project outcomes
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a PhD in Engineering with at least 4 years of experience

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in effective project planning and interdisciplinary design coordination
  • Deliver high-quality results within established timelines and budgets
  • Collaborate effectively within a team to provide engineering solutions for various projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering
  • 8 years of relevant industry experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification
  • American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification
  • Experience with Bentley InRoads and/or OpenRoads software
