- Drive Growth: Drive growth for Schneider Electric through active management of federal investment opportunities and partnerships throughout the East Region.
- Enhance Customer Engagement: Enhance customer engagement by building a network at all levels within federal organizations, including C-level executives, and aligning solutions with their organizational objectives.
- Foster Strong Working Relationships: Foster and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of Schneider Electric's various lines of business, departments, and geographic sales teams.
- Evaluate Customer Satisfaction: Ensure regional customer satisfaction through timely resolution of major customer issues, process improvements, product enhancements, and sustainability commitments.
