Key Responsibilities
  • Create a Comprehensive Annual Strategy-to-Action Account Plan: Develop a deep understanding of the federal landscape, particularly the demands and expectations of various agencies and their stakeholders.
  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Communicate the account plan strategy, including a localized action plan for the sales team connected to your account, while identifying and implementing best practices across the team.
  • Drive Growth: Drive growth for Schneider Electric through active management of federal investment opportunities and partnerships throughout the East Region.
  • Enhance Customer Engagement: Enhance customer engagement by building a network at all levels within federal organizations, including C-level executives, and aligning solutions with their organizational objectives.
  • Foster Strong Working Relationships: Foster and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of Schneider Electric's various lines of business, departments, and geographic sales teams.
  • Evaluate Customer Satisfaction: Ensure regional customer satisfaction through timely resolution of major customer issues, process improvements, product enhancements, and sustainability commitments.
