Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. As a key member of our agency, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, promote our products and services, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our auto, home, and life insurance products, as well as other financial services, to customers and prospects.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with our team to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-Motivation: High level of self-motivation, with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and creatively, with a strong problem-solving approach to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management to achieve shared goals.
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in this language.
