Position Summary

At Cytech Heating & Cooling, the Customer Service Representative is an integral part of our team, dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our clients. This position requires effective communication with customers to arrange services, liaising with internal teams, and providing all essential information related to their service needs. Additionally, this role includes working closely with dispatchers to align technician expertise with service demands.

Primary Duties
  • Deliver scheduling updates to customers through multiple communication channels
  • Act as a customer advocate within the organization and collaborate with colleagues
  • Proactively inform customers about any changes in scheduling and job status
  • Guide customers regarding service agreements, pricing options, and equipment knowledge
  • Drive new business opportunities by scheduling appointments with the service department
  • Execute any other assigned responsibilities as required
