About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer multiple line phone system within 3 rings in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process requests effectively and maintain a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Keep accurate records and information, and route to appropriate personnel or resources
  • Refer callers or visitors to services or resources at other agencies or organizations
  • Perform clerical or data entry duties, and work with various software programs and telephone consoles
  • Participate in payroll functions, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures, and prepare requests for quotations and purchase orders
Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
  • One (1) year of related work experience in customer relations
  • Preferred: Three (3) years' experience in a related field
  • Must have a current valid Class C driver's license from the Texas Department of Public Safety
