Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age with education and/or experience meeting required functional competencies.
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, with a focus on healthcare-related courses.
  • Associate's or Vocational degree in a healthcare-related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient access and registration.

Physical Demands

  • Sedentary work with occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
