  • Support Lead Project Managers by providing crucial project information and ensuring tasks stay on track.
  • Collaborate and communicate with engineers and other stakeholders, keeping projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
  • Contribute to special projects that challenge you to think creatively and grow your expertise in industrial construction.

Requirements:

  • A background in construction or engineering is a plus.
  • Exceptional time management skills—you're always on top of deadlines and follow-up tasks.
  • A desire to learn and master our product lines and industry-specific language.
  • The ability to engage confidently with people at all levels, whether by phone, email, or in person.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (and impeccable grammar, of course).
  • Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. If you know AutoCAD, that's even better.
  • Experience with technical contracts and proposals is a plus.
  • Flexibility to occasionally travel, including internationally, if the opportunity arises.
