Program Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Coordinator to join our team at Beacon Hill. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the success of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate programs and events to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Associate Director and other team members, including routine record maintenance, form creation, and basic updates and reporting.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resource.
  • Prepare and assist with legal documents, requests, correspondence, and applications.
  • Manage database, preparation and storage of electronic documents and files.
  • Serve as liaison with external groups and organizations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience working in the Non-profit or Education sectors.
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities, exceptional interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to organize and plan work, and complete tasks with accuracy and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Highly motivated, focused, and results-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications, including database management systems, reporting tools, and web-based applications.
