Job Title: Strategic Marketing Operations Director

Location: Remote (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months assignment

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Integrated Plans: Oversee the creation of comprehensive plans that include deliverables, strategic alignment, enterprise-wide impacts, milestones, risks, assumptions, constraints, and overall investments for the Digital Menu Boards program.
  • Execute Project Deliverables: Ensure the successful delivery of highly integrated workstreams by overseeing the execution of multiple project deliverables and timelines.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and create operational business requirements for the development of new creative processes, tools, and systems.
  • Drive Strategic Roadmaps: Partner with Marketing and Technology teams to develop long-term strategic roadmaps.
  • Build Collaborative Relationships: Build a highly collaborative and trusting relationship with internal partners and external suppliers/vendors.
  • Develop and Grow Teams: Experience in people management and ability to develop and grow a team.
Requirements:
  • Education: BA/BS with concentration in business, marketing, technology, or similar field required.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience as a program manager or senior project manager.
  • Skills: 6+ years of experience working across technology and marketing organizations, 4+ experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams, 2+ experience direct people management, project management experience, and/or PMP certification.
