About the Role:

Job Title: Marketing Operations Program Manager

Location: Hybrid

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of integrated marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute multiple project deliverables and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of highly integrated workstreams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain ongoing familiarity with existing marketing and creative technology tools and processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional programs to identify opportunities for design and development synergy.
  • Lead and facilitate strategy sessions to drive critical decisions and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic roadmaps with Marketing and Technology teams.
  • Support the development of Agile methods that drive continuous incremental value and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain highly collaborative and trusting relationships with internal partners and external suppliers/vendors.
  • Experience in people management and ability to develop and grow a team.

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a program manager or senior project manager
  • 6+ years of experience working across technology and marketing organizations
  • 4+ years of experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
  • 2+ years of experience direct people management
  • Project management experience and/or PMP certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification (ideal education level or degree):
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Human Center Design (HCD)
  • Project management technology
  • Agile Product Owner
  • Change management experience
  • Marketing Experience

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position is between $135,000-$145,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
