At Bamboo Group Operations LLC, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and partner with the Area Director of Operations to provide leadership and support across locations.
  • Develop, implement, and execute processes for operational excellence in coffee service, beverage service, food service, and guest experience.
  • Strategize and formulate plans to meet budgets, increase sales, implement changes, and execute new initiatives.
  • Drive, lead, and oversee operations to positively impact P&L for each location and the overall business.
  • Work with location leaders and HR/Recruitment to proactively communicate staffing needs and gaps as well as opportunities to develop current team members through career development paths.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in retail, restaurant, or specialty coffee.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing a team of 6 or more, including training and coaching, with strong communication skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in food and beverage, upscale concept preferred.
  • Specialty coffee knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of P&L, financial reporting, inventory, operations, and customer service, required.
