Business Office Manager Job Summary
Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to lead our community office operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining associates to provide high-quality care and personalized services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business office operations and ensure effective communication with associates, residents, families, vendors, and other visitors.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and oversee payroll process to ensure accurate payment to associates.
- Support Executive Director in driving profitable growth and complying with operational processes and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize the use of premium labor and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required; or additional years of experience can be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
- Minimum of three years related experience and/or training, with previous managerial and office setting experience preferred.
