Overview

Brookdale Valencia is committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Business Office Manager, you will play a critical role in driving profitable growth and ensuring operational processes are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business office operations, ensuring effective communication with associates, residents, families, vendors, and other visitors.
  • Responsible for attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining community associates necessary to provide high-quality care and personalized services.
  • Supports Executive Director in driving profitable growth and complying with operational processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensures timely collection of receivables, proper billing of residents, and accurate payroll processing.
  • Oversees vendor invoices and ensures timely payment.
  • Supports an inclusive community culture and promotes a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required; or additional years of experience can be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
  • Minimum of three years related experience and/or training; previous managerial and office setting experience preferred.

Salary Range Information: $23.00 - $28.75 / hour
