Responsibilities
  • Lead the business office operations of the community, ensuring efficient and effective management of daily tasks.
  • Recruit, engage, develop, and retain community associates, focusing on providing high-quality care and personalized services to residents while minimizing the use of premium labor.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to drive profitable growth and ensure compliance with operational processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with associates, residents, families, vendors, and other visitors to the community, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Ensure accurate billing and timely collection of receivables from residents.
  • Oversee the payroll process, ensuring associates are paid correctly and on time.
  • Process vendor invoices for goods or services, ensuring timely payment and maintaining a positive relationship with vendors.
  • Support an inclusive community culture, promoting diversity and respect among associates and residents.
  • Requires an associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or additional years of experience can be substituted on a year-for-year basis. Minimum of three years related experience and/or training, with previous managerial and office setting experience preferred.

May also directly supervise another department.
