About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Chief of Staff to join our team at GXO Logistics. As the right-hand person to the President, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support to the President, including overseeing operational activities, tracking performance management processes, and driving strategic projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the leadership team and external partners.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless internal and external communication.
  • Make routine operational decisions within scope of authority and track performance metrics to measure and improve team performance.
  • Support the President in decision-making processes, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in an executive capacity, working with the C-Suite for at least 5 years.
  • Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
