Job Title: Vice President, Solutions

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Solutions to lead our Solutions and Implementations department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of solutions analysts and engineers responsible for developing cost-effective solutions for customers across multiple industry verticals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement solution strategies that support the needs of our customers.
  • Work closely with various internal departments to ensure cohesive project execution and optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop top solutions talent.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the logistics or supply chain industry, with a strong focus on solutions development and pricing.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams to develop innovative solutions and pricing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of logistics operations, warehouse management systems, and fulfillment processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
