Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Division Vice President of Sales and Operations to lead our sales and store operations teams in driving revenue growth, market share, and profitability. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding customer bases, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement division-wide sales and operations strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Lead a team of sales and operations professionals to create and execute selling strategies, develop annual sales budgets, and partner with operations teams to ensure customer-centric focus.
  • Build and develop a high-performing sales and operations organization through effective organizational structure, recruiting, training, and performance metrics.
  • Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability through data analysis and strategic decision-making.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and customer needs to enhance market competitiveness and position.
  • Assist with the execution of the company's marketing and sales strategy.
  • Develop sales programs to increase customer awareness and use of company products and services.
  • Oversee the implementation of national sales training programs and manage the effectiveness of the sales organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in progressive sales or operational leadership roles, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry and market trends.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an automotive independent owner model.
  • Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 years' experience in a senior leadership role.
