Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Provide strategic support to the President, overseeing overall operational activities and ensuring the successful execution of business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Track and orchestrate performance management processes to drive business execution and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Communication: Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communication on behalf of the President, linking the leadership team and the broader organization.
  • Decision Making: Make routine operational decisions within scope of authority and provide insights to support decision making.
  • Project Management: Drive Regional Priority Plans, ensure workstream leaders and projects are properly synchronized, and deliverables are tracked.
  • Executive Procedures: Organize Executive procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Analysis and Recommendations: Provide timely and accurate briefings on various topics of interest for the President and integrate information from multiple sources to develop actionable intelligence and recommendations.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a thought partner and strategic advisor to the President, standing in on meetings, challenging ideas, and offering a different perspective.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in an executive capacity, working with the C-Suite for at least 5 years.
  • Skills: Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
