As a Patient Care Coordinator, your role extends beyond administrative tasks; you are a vital link in the journey toward improved health and self-assurance.

Utilizing your background in patient care, particularly in the healthcare sector, you will be the initial point of contact for patients beginning their journey with us.

You will play a crucial role in making a significant difference in their daily lives and long-term wellness.

Your responsibilities will include engaging with patients, identifying their needs, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience throughout their care journey.


Your Role:
You will be the reassuring voice guiding each patient.

With your 3-5 years of experience in consultative patient care, you will foster growth, build patient relationships, and assist them from initial consultation to transformative treatment.


Key Responsibilities:


Respond to incoming calls, serving as the first point of contact for new inquiries, ensuring a warm and engaging interaction that encourages patients to schedule appointments.

Additionally, manage calls from existing patients, ensuring their treatment journey is thorough and attentive at every stage.

Follow up with patients who do not schedule the same day as their consultation.

Maintain reporting and patient tracking to demonstrate practice performance and follow through on every opportunity.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships, guiding patients from their first inquiry to post-treatment support.
Act as a backup for consultations when the office is busy, ensuring efficiency and timeliness in service delivery.

Support the Team Lead/Implant Consultant with practice management tasks, including financial processing, correspondence management, patient record organization, and any other duties that contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
