About the Role:

Copper River Management Company is seeking a highly skilled Patient Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments for clients with healthcare providers, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and coordination.
  • Beneficiary Eligibility: Verify beneficiary eligibility for appointments and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Appointment Management: Manage appointment schedules, cancellations, and rescheduling as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointment schedules, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Access.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare Experience: Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a scheduling or coordination role.
