Key Responsibilities- Enter new home selections and manage accounts to guarantee timely installation schedules.
- Process orders for materials and job finishes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate files and records, including billing and change orders.
- Coordinate with builders and homeowners to schedule installations and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's success.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous flooring experience and proficiency in RFMS preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
