Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Lead to join our team at ASM Global. As a key member of our Guest Services & Security Department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and demonstrate outstanding team and leadership skills to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with ASM Global's policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of related work experience in a sports, entertainment, or convention facility environment.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest complaints.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous work experience in venue supervision.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
