Job Title: Warranty Administrator

Interstate Companies Inc is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Eagan Minnesota. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a critical role in our operations, working closely with our team to obtain and resolve warranty claims from our 31 repair facilities.

We are looking for a strong individual with a commitment to quality and excellence to support our customers by providing exceptional warranty claim understanding of the truck service industry. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and seeking corrections of warranty paperwork from multiple repair facilities, ensuring that all aspects of warranty claims adhere to manufacturers audit requirements, and following policy and procedure guidelines set forth by vendors and Interstate. You will also create and monitor warranty claims on multiple vendor sites, balance out weekly credit memos, and create and monitor warranty parts returns.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and seek corrections of warranty paperwork from multiple repair facilities.
  • Ensure that all aspects of warranty claims adhere to manufacturers audit requirements.
  • Follow policy and procedure guidelines set forth by vendors and Interstate.
  • Create and monitor warranty claims on multiple vendor sites.
  • Balance out weekly credit memos.
  • Create and monitor warranty parts returns.
Requirements:
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Possess strong attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box.
  • 3 Years of Truck or Automotive Service Writing or Warranty claim Experience Required.
