Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager who is enthusiastic about collaborating with our advertisers, guiding them, and addressing complex business challenges while proactively managing potential risks.

As an Account Manager, you will oversee and fulfill intricate advertiser objectives to generate revenue and meet financial targets. You will cultivate client relationships and identify revenue opportunities within your portfolio.

Your role will involve deep data analysis to discern trends, effectively communicating the rationale behind outcomes, and making actionable recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.

Moreover, you will leverage Amazon's unique data to offer strategic and tailored insights, influencing both your internal team and external clients to help them achieve their business objectives.

Collaboration and Influence
This position requires strong collaboration with Creative, Senior Sales, Product, and Retail teams, focusing on process enhancements to improve efficiency and foster teamwork.

The strategic digital expertise and influence of the Account Manager are vital for unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become a knowledgeable partner and leader in Amazon Advertising solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional sales and customer service to our clients.
  • Retain and expand revenue from existing advertisers.
  • Drive new business deals to closure.
  • Develop annual media strategies for growth aligned with advertiser goals.
  • Create campaign strategies and audience engagement recommendations.
  • Assess success metrics and enhance campaign performance through data analysis.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for both short-term and long-term advertising strategies based on in-depth data analysis.
  • Educate advertisers on performance metrics and insights to drive improved results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Senior Sales and other Amazon partners to boost revenue and enhance advertiser satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, including digital marketing and analytics.
  • Experience in omnichannel marketing, display advertising, OTT, or search marketing.
  • Adept at addressing challenges that span both business and technology.
  • Ability to influence process improvements that scale broadly; innovate and simplify existing processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business; MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience in programmatic strategy and implementation.
  • Proven track record of achieving results, including meeting revenue targets and significantly contributing to advertiser revenue growth.
