The ideal candidate will possess expertise in windows, doors, lumber, and hardware, or have relevant sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate estimates and process orders based on requests from sales representatives and customers.
  • Identify and source special products required for specific projects.
  • Handle customer and vendor inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing of materials and coordinate delivery schedules.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service by responding to all inquiries courteously.
  • Direct unresolved customer complaints to management for further assistance.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and familiarity with store layout.
  • Assist with store maintenance tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country without sponsorship.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficient in computer usage and telephone communication.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification (e.g., GED).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
