Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the organization’s employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and candidate selection criteria.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives, to build candidate pipelines.
  • Identify potential candidates through online platforms, including professional networks.
  • Review applications, conduct preliminary screenings, and evaluate candidates for role suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Create tailored interview questions that align with the specific requirements of each position.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of recruitment materials, including interview notes and documentation, for stakeholder review.
  • Facilitate salary discussions, present job offers, and guide candidates through the acceptance process.
  • Design and implement comprehensive hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting assigned metrics and KPIs.
  • Manage and execute campus and community recruitment initiatives by participating in job fairs and hosting informational sessions.
  • Work closely with HR personnel and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and candidate evaluation.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with hiring managers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities, industry trends, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within recruitment practices.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to navigate challenges in the recruitment process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with iCIMS ATS.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Indeed, Handshake, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong outreach experience with students and communities, demonstrating successful conversion rates.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition roles.

Travel Requirements:

Travel may be necessary to support hiring managers in various locations (up to 10% of the time).
