Overview:

The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in producing visually engaging and impactful design materials that support the sales and marketing initiatives. This position encompasses the creation of signage and promotional materials for exhibitions, development of both printed and digital advertisements, crafting of sales collateral, and the production and editing of video content. The Graphic Designer is also responsible for designing logos, backgrounds, and various creative assets, ensuring cohesive branding across all marketing platforms, and managing art setup for external vendors.

Key Duties:

  • Design and create captivating signage, banners, and promotional materials for exhibitions and industry events.
  • Produce visually striking printed advertisements for magazines, brochures, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop digital advertisements for online platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and website banners.
  • Create sell sheets, flyers, and other sales support documents that effectively highlight products and engage potential customers.
  • Produce and edit video content for promotional purposes, including product demonstrations and company announcements.
  • Design and develop logos, backgrounds, and other graphic elements to support various design projects.
  • Prepare and submit artwork for production, ensuring compliance with vendor specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors to address any issues related to art setup and production processes.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and contributing to a unified brand identity.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and design best practices to keep the company's materials innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in various design projects, including advertisements and promotional materials.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Strong design capabilities with a meticulous eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Experience in video editing and content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines, with excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with print production processes and art setup requirements.
