Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Specialist to join our team. As a Business Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support to our Sales Director and agents. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales Director and agents, including greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and ordering office supplies.
- Data Entry: Enter data into accounting software and review listing and transaction files for accuracy and completion.
- Escrow and Closing: Collect and deposit escrow and closing commission checks.
- MLS Listing Input: Input listings into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
- Agent Support: Assist agents with their client transaction and lead management system.
- Social Media: Set up agent business pages on social media platforms.
- Marketing: Design and distribute digital and print marketing materials.
- Onboarding: Process onboarding paperwork for new Realtors.
- IT Support: Troubleshoot common IT questions for your office and agents' laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
- Experience: Previous experience with Canva platform and social media/marketing.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft suite.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is a must.
- Team Player: Ability to thrive in a team environment and work well with others.
The hourly wage for this position is $22-$25 per hour.
