Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Solid background in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and candidate evaluation.
  • Expertise in formulating and executing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing via various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with hiring managers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with iCIMS ATS.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Indeed, Handshake, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong experience in student and community outreach with proven success rates.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition roles.

Travel Requirements:

Travel may be necessary to support hiring managers in various locations (up to 10% of the time).
