Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing via various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with hiring managers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with iCIMS ATS.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition roles.

Travel Requirements:

Travel may be necessary to support hiring managers in various locations (up to 10% of the time).
