We are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Renacer, our residential behavioral health treatment center in Seattle.

Job Summary:

This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks including budget tracking, expense reporting, contract management, new hire processing, executive support, and coordination of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget tracking and financial management
  • Expense reporting and account reconciliation
  • Contract management and negotiation
  • New hire processing and onboarding
  • Executive support and correspondence
  • Project coordination and task management

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED with coursework in typing, stenography, English, and Mathematics required
  • Administrative office experience in non-profit and/or healthcare settings a plus
  • Knowledge of Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), insurance, and medical billing preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, organizational, and customer service skills essential
  • Able to multi-task, problem-solve, thrive in a dynamic work environment, and enjoy working with a variety of people
