At Great Wolf Lodge, we are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Sales and Revenue Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal by supporting the sales team and ensuring successful achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales kits, documenting prospective accounts, organizing files, and preparing contracts.

  • Complete Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Resumes for clients and operations departments to communicate specific needs, contracted/agreed-upon details, and pricing for meetings, events, or programs.

  • Enter accurate rooming lists, routing information, tax-exempt status, and verification of payment into Company software systems.

  • Monitor room blocks and communicate with property personnel on a weekly basis regarding group room pick-ups, rooming lists, etc.

  • Investigate and resolve any group complaints or conflicts, including billing issues, misplaced items, reservations, and contract discrepancies.

  • Organize and coordinate client appreciation and in-house lodge events.

  • Provide detailed information on meeting-specific needs throughout the booking process from negotiation through departure.

  • Attend pre and post-conference meetings as needed.

  • Handle all in-suite VIP packages and amenities as needed.

  • Maintain the Posting Master (PM) account ledger by keeping track of all open PM accounts.

  • Assist the Sales Team with special projects.

Requirements:

  • An Associate's degree in hotel/hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience/education combination.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.

  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
