Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify trade shows and events within our assigned territory
  • Negotiate contracts with event vendors to secure prime booth locations
  • Develop and implement an annual event calendar to maximize brand visibility
  • Recruit, train, and manage event demonstrators to effectively engage with attendees
  • Coordinate booth setup, teardown, and logistics to ensure a seamless event experience
  • Set appointments for in-home consultations with attendees
  • Collect and follow up on contest entries to drive sales
  • Measure and report event results to inform future marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to coach, train, and motivate event demonstrators
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to work weekends
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for long periods
