Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Director to join our team at AndHealth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top healthcare talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier healthcare professionals, including physicians, specialists, nurse practitioners, care coordinators, and health coaches.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through research, proactive sourcing, networking, relationship-building, and strategic programs.
  • Candidate Evaluation and Selection
    • Conduct in-depth phone screens and effectively leverage our assessment tools to evaluate candidates' qualifications and potential to excel in their role and within our dynamic work environment.
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and refine job descriptions to attract the best talent.
  • Recruitment Process Improvement
    • Leverage technology and analytics to enhance recruitment processes, improve candidate experience, streamline workflows, and monitor the effectiveness of your recruitment strategies.
    • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in healthcare recruitment to ensure our strategies remain competitive, relevant, and effective.
  • Employer Branding and Marketing
    • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and engage top talent through various channels, including professional networks and industry events.
    • Effectively articulate our vision for the company, team, and role, creating a compelling value proposition for candidates.
  • Compensation and Benefits
    • Align budget considerations, external benchmarks, and candidate expectations to ensure we are developing and extending appropriate compensation packages leading to high acceptance rates.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
    • 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on healthcare recruitment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for complex roles in a high-growth environment, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and navigate challenging situations with professionalism and discretion.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS platforms.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
