Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow our commercial insurance business, including developing and executing sales strategies and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our commercial insurance clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.
- Account Management: Manage and maintain existing commercial insurance accounts, including reviewing and renewing policies, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Marketing and Business Development: Participate in marketing and business development activities to promote our commercial insurance products and services, including attending industry events, networking with potential clients, and developing marketing materials.
- Claims Management: Manage and resolve commercial insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner, including communicating with clients, adjusting claims, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards, including maintaining accurate records, adhering to company policies and procedures, and identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or insurance.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in commercial insurance sales, account management, or a related field.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid insurance licenses and certifications, as required by state and federal regulations.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
