Position Summary: The Equipment Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the installation, upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of all machinery and equipment within the facility, including maintenance of the building and surrounding areas.

- Facilitate the installation and relocation of equipment, ensuring proper connections to utility sources.
- Generate reports and communicate updates regarding equipment status to colleagues, production teams, and management.
- Design and fabricate tools, jigs, replacement parts, and other necessary equipment as required.
- Support production operations by being available for overtime, on-call shifts, and emergency coverage for breakdowns or work backlogs.
- Document daily work activities using computer systems.
Essential Skills:
- Expertise in repairing electric motors.
- Proficient in gearbox maintenance.
- Skilled in pump repair.
