Holiday Inn is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating guest services, including managing guest accounts, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring exceptional guest service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage guest accounts, including room charges and upgrades
  • Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain and update hotel records and databases

**Requirements:**

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Estimated Salary:** $50,000 - $70,000 per year
