About the Role

As a Front Office Manager at Holiday Inn, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results. You will lead a team of front desk staff, manage guest relationships, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest service.
  2. Manage guest accounts, including room charges and upgrades, and resolve any issues promptly.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve front desk operations and enhance the overall guest experience.

Salary: $62,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in front office management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
