Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Agent Liaison to join our team at Kingsmill Resort. The successful candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
The Guest Service Agent Liaison will be responsible for registering guests, processing payments, and posting charges to guest accounts. They will also be required to maintain positive guest relations, follow policy procedures, and adhere to service standards. Additionally, the Guest Service Agent Liaison will be expected to handle Lost and Found items, accurately follow cash handling procedures, and balance receipts and postings for work performed during shift.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication skills, human relation skills, and general/basic computer skills. You must also be able to learn quickly, follow instructions accurately, and prioritize tasks efficiently. A driver's license is also a requirement.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
