Program Assistant

**About the Role**

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) is seeking a highly skilled Program Assistant to join our team in the Public Health and Safety Division, Communicable Disease Control and Prevention Bureau.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative support to the Food and Consumer Safety Section
* Attend meetings, take notes, and transcribe minutes
* Monitor contracts, timelines, and reporting requirements
* Review and monitor budget expenditures and prepare budget reports for management review

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Knowledge of office management
