Opportunity Bank of Montana is seeking a highly skilled Security Coordinator to join our team. As a Security Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and compliance, with experience in regulatory compliance tasks, security policy development, and audit coordination. You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our physical security program, information security program, and Fair and Accurate Credit Reporting Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with regulatory compliance tasks and special department projects.
- Coordinate and assist with reporting under the Bank Protection Act.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Assist with internal and independent audits, providing requested information to auditors.
- Support Site Security Managers in adhering to security policies and procedures.
- Administer the Bank's electronic and physical security systems, including alarm, access control, and video surveillance.
- Assist with subpoenas, summons, and other legal requests.
- Administer the Bank's Vendor Management Program.
- Facilitate the Bank's response to credit reporting agencies.
- Develop and deliver security and safety training to Site Security Managers, Emergency Preparedness Personnel, and branch staff.
Requirements:
2-year college degree or 4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, management, or a related field.
Experience in accounting, banking, finance, security, or a regulatory environment specific to banking, bank examining, or auditing.
