Job Summary

The State of Montana's Business and Financial Services Division is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Internal Support (ISS) Unit, which provides services to the entire agency on a statewide basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform agency support functions, including coordination on projects, office moves, and equipment set-up.
  • Implement and coordinate reporting functions, including monthly fleet mileage, warehouse inventory, and daily/weekly/monthly stats for ISS programs.
  • Lead the ISS Surplus website and serve as the Records Management Back-up for the Division.

Qualifications

  • Ability to represent the ISS Unit in a positive professional manner.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and comfortable learning other programs.
  • Ability to communicate professionally both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and pallet jack.
  • Meet minimum qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Two years of job-related experience with equipment salvage and maintenance, inventory, and/or shipping and receiving.
