Job Summary

The Sr. Manager Associate Listening and Insights is a key role within PVH, responsible for driving the company's global listening and people measurement strategy. This leader will serve as an internal advisor and subject matter expert, leveraging advanced knowledge of psychometrics to design tools and approaches aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measurement Design and Execution:
    • Responsible for full-scale project management, coordination, administration, and reporting of annual/biannual engagement surveys.
    • Oversees the enhancement and on-going operations of PVH's employee listening strategy, including on-boarding, exit, and event-based pulse surveys.
    • Leverage technology to build custom surveys and reporting/analytic solutions.
    • Continuously evaluate and refine methodologies to maximize response rates, minimize bias, and enhance data quality.
    • Explore and lead the design, implementation, and on-going maintenance of new listening tools and methodologies.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Conduct in-depth statistical analyses of data using advanced analytics techniques in SPSS or R.
    • Interpret findings, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership and HR teams.
    • Develop clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate people insights and their implications.
    • Utilize storytelling techniques to present data in a compelling manner, influencing decision-making processes at all levels of the organization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with HR leaders, executives, and regional teams to understand their specific needs and priorities.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate survey insights into organizational strategies, initiatives, and interventions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging expertise to provide guidance on methodologies, data interpretation, and best practices related to measurement.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay current with industry trends, research, and emerging technologies related to employee engagement, surveys, and statistical modeling.
    • Drive continuous improvement of measurement processes, ensuring they remain innovative, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs.
    • Identify opportunities for leveraging technology and automation to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience:
    • Experience (5+ years) leading global survey and engagement processes in a complex, multinational organization.
    • Proven track record of driving positive change through data insights and evidence-based decision making.
  • Education:
    • Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, or related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and psychometric principles.
    • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R) and survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
    • Exceptional data analysis and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and compelling narratives.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
