The Senior Manager of Employee Insights and Analytics is tasked with the comprehensive design, implementation, and management of PVH's global employee feedback and measurement initiatives, as well as real-time event-based assessments.
This role will act as an internal consultant and authority, utilizing a deep understanding of psychometrics to create tools and methodologies that align with organizational objectives.
Leveraging advanced predictive analytics and modeling techniques, this leader will analyze data to derive significant insights aimed at improving the employee experience at PVH.
This position is highly visible and requires the ability to craft and convey data-driven narratives to stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Implementation of Measurement Strategies:
Oversee full-scale project management, coordination, and reporting of periodic engagement surveys (e.g., PVH Listens). Manage the enhancement and ongoing operations of PVH's employee feedback strategy, which encompasses onboarding, exit, and event-driven pulse surveys.
Utilize technology to develop customized surveys and reporting/analytical solutions.
Continuously assess and refine methodologies to maximize response rates, reduce bias, and improve data integrity.
Lead the design, execution, and maintenance of innovative listening tools and methodologies.
Data Analysis and Insight Generation:
Conduct thorough statistical analyses utilizing advanced analytics techniques in software such as SPSS or R. Interpret results, identify significant trends, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership and HR teams.
Produce clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visual representations to effectively communicate people insights and their implications.
Employ storytelling techniques to present data compellingly, influencing decision-making processes throughout the organization.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with HR leaders, executives, and regional teams to grasp their specific needs and priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate survey insights into organizational strategies and initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on methodologies, data interpretation, and best practices in measurement.
Commitment to Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about industry trends, research, and emerging technologies related to employee engagement, surveys, and statistical modeling.
Drive ongoing enhancements to measurement processes, ensuring they remain innovative, efficient, and aligned with changing business needs.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading global survey and engagement initiatives within a complex, multinational organization.
Demonstrated success in driving positive change through data insights and evidence-based decision-making.
Education:
Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, or a related field.
PhD is strongly preferred.
Skills:
In-depth understanding of predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and psychometric principles.
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R) and survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
Exceptional data analysis and storytelling abilities, with a talent for distilling complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and inspiring stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
Excellent project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
