Position Overview:

The Senior Manager of Employee Insights and Listening is tasked with the comprehensive design, implementation, and management of PVH's worldwide listening and employee measurement framework, alongside event-driven assessments at critical moments.

This role will act as an internal consultant and expert, utilizing a profound knowledge of psychometrics to create tools and methodologies that align with organizational objectives.

By leveraging advanced predictive analytics and modeling techniques, this leader will analyze data to derive significant insights aimed at improving the employee experience at PVH.

This is a prominent role that requires the ability to craft and convey data-informed narratives to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation of Measurement:
Oversee the complete project management, coordination, administration, and reporting of periodic engagement surveys (e.g., PVH Listens). Manage the enhancement and ongoing operations of PVH's employee listening strategy, which encompasses onboarding, exit, and event-based pulse surveys.
Utilize technology to develop tailored surveys and reporting/analytic solutions.
Continuously assess and refine methodologies to optimize response rates, reduce bias, and improve data integrity.
Lead the design, execution, and maintenance of innovative listening tools and methodologies.

Data Analysis and Insight Generation:

Conduct thorough statistical analyses utilizing advanced analytics techniques in SPSS or R. Interpret results, identify significant trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership and HR teams.

Generate clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate people insights and their implications.

Employ storytelling techniques to present data compellingly, influencing decision-making processes throughout the organization.


Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with HR leaders, executives, and regional teams to understand their unique needs and priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate survey insights into organizational strategies, initiatives, and interventions.

Serve as a trusted advisor, using your expertise to guide methodologies, data interpretation, and best practices related to measurement.


Commitment to Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about industry trends, research, and emerging technologies related to employee engagement, surveys, and statistical modeling.
Drive ongoing enhancements to measurement processes, ensuring they remain innovative, efficient, and aligned with changing business needs.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading global survey and engagement initiatives within a complex, multinational organization.
Demonstrated success in driving positive change through data insights and evidence-based decision-making.

Education:
Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, or a related field.
PhD preferred.

Skills:
Deep understanding of predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and psychometric principles.

Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R) and survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).

Exceptional data analysis and storytelling abilities, with a talent for distilling complex information into clear and engaging narratives.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and inspiring stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.

Strong project management capabilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
